General Terms and Conditions

For all the Orders, Gold rates will be fixed only after receiving 60% of the order value in advance, otherwise the highest between booking rate and the delivery rate will be charged
Stones, rudraksha etc will be accepted for the orders at the customers own risk, we won’t vouvh for the Genuinely of such stones etc
Since Gold Ornaments Manufacturing is manual and sometimes job work which includes various processes, date of delivery specified on the order invoice is only probable date and we may require more time than specified to deliver the items in some special cases
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or exchanged or the advance so paid will not be refunded. In extreme cases the making charge is deducted and the order is cancelled.
It is difficult to repair machine and casting made jewellery, even if repaired the soldering part will be highlighted
We require more time to repair fancy jewellery
Weight of ordered ornaments may differ after manufacturing it may be more or less and such things will be adjusted in the bill
Oxidation (blackening) on the surface of the jewellery is a natural phenomena and such tarnishing or turning black of jewellery is not loss of gold or impurity of gold and does not warrant of exchange of gold!
While polishing of your old jewellery there will be weight loss due to dust and water and it’s not the actual weight loss of gold!
