1. Ornaments once sold cannot be returned.
2. Exchange is possible withing a week of sales along with the bill, Without bill no exchange is entertained
3. Out Station customer, customers in difficult situations can Call our store and request exchange and such exchange period will be extended to maximum of  30 days only
4. We guarantee 100% buyback of gold, silver on the purity mentioned on the bill and bill is a must
5. Making Charges, taxes and Semi precious stones charges are not refundable
6. Weight of stones, gemstones, Blackbeads and Laquer will be as per the bill, and if Bill is not produced we have to manually remove the weight of these to check the gold. Silver weight for valuation
